In May 2024, the RHU ENVISAGE brought together all its partners for its kick-off meeting, marking the kick-off of an ambitious project that combines health data, artificial intelligence and clinical innovation. The meeting served to federate the teams, define priorities and open up prospects for collaboration in the years to come.
A first meeting to unite teams
The ENVISAGE RHU kick-off meeting was held in May 2024 and brought together researchers, clinicians, engineers and institutional partners around the project's strategic objectives. It was an opportunity to present the work plan, clarify the roles of each team and lay the foundations for common governance to ensure data quality and security.
During this meeting, participants exchanged views on methods for structuring multimodal clinical and imaging databases, annotation protocols and initial directions for developing artificial intelligence models. These discussions also highlighted clinical validation needs and the steps required to prepare for effective technology transfer to the hospital environment.
The KOM was also an opportunity to strengthen cohesion between the partners and share the project's overall vision: to transform healthcare data into clinical decision support tools and create a continuum between research, innovation and concrete application. Participants left the meeting with clear objectives, a shared roadmap and reinforced motivation to drive the RHU ENVISAGE forward in the months and years to come.
