The ENVISAGE RHU, promoted by Bordeaux University Hospital under the scientific and technical responsibility of Prof. Modine, is based on structured governance guaranteeing the strategic coherence of the program, the scientific quality of the work and the operational efficiency of its implementation.
The project's organization is based on a clear articulation between strategic steering, responsible for defining the major orientations and ensuring alignment with the national objectives of the France 2030 program, and operational coordination, dedicated to the day-to-day monitoring of scientific, administrative and financial activities.
This structuring aims to guarantee the project's scientific robustness, the transparency of its management and compliance with the contractual commitments made to the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR).

Work Package Managers
The RHU ENVISAGE scientific program is structured into complementary Work Packages (WP), organized according to an integrated logic ranging from data structuring to the clinical validation of artificial intelligence tools.
Each Work Package (WP) contributes to a key stage in the project's value chain, ensuring coherence between methodological development, data production and clinical application.
Each WP is placed under the responsibility of a scientific referent in charge of implementing the defined objectives.
WP leaders ensure:
- Coordination of the teams involved;
- Scheduling and deliverables;
- Production of expected scientific results;
- Reporting to the coordination team.
